Lily Hamilton – Charity Administrator 

I was born in London and moved to Newcastle in 2015 and like to think I adapted very quickly to the different lifestyle up here. I left school and went to college to study health and social care and have future plans to go to university. 

Most of my working life so far has been in call centres but I knew that wasn’t where I wanted to be and when I had the opportunity to start working for Silverline I absolutely jumped at the chance. 

I’ve always had a passion for helping people – due to personal experiences I know first hand how important it is for someone to get the right help and support when they need it, and I have dedicated myself to being a part of making sure that happens. I am so proud to be a part of what we do here at Silverline and can’t wait to continue being at the centre of making a difference.
