    This might be of interest to anyone looking to improve their mobility post-lockdown. Jonathan is based at the Dene Centre near Freeman Hospital (where the Silverline Memories office is based).

    Sandra, My husband has been quite poorly after major surgery nearly 18 month ago. He has lost more than half his bodyweight (15st.+ to present 8st.6lbs. He now wants to try and strengthen his body. He is tube fed and frail. Would he be eligible for a meeting with Jonathon to help him get stronger, and be able to go for short walks. At present he is in shielding. I am his lone carer. I could when and if possible get a taxi for us to the Dene Centre. With thanks. He is 77 years old.
